The magpies won the Grand Final and sit on top of the ladder for the 2023 season.
It is fair to say that the best AFL (Australian Football League) team of the year is the one highest on the ladder.
Of course, the difference between two consecutive teams on the ladder can be quite narrow. This is why it is interesting to have a look at the evolution of every AFL team’s ranking; 1 being the most enviable position.
